基于績效治理視角下的民營企業基層團隊建設
摘要:團隊已經成為現代企業生產運營的重要組織形式,建立***高效的企業基層團隊對企業進步績效至關重要。現代民營企業基層團隊建設過程中存在效率不高、協作力度不夠等諸多題目,致使基層團隊績效不高,企業治理者往往會回因于員工缺乏凝聚力,激勵措施不到位等一些因素,而忽視員工圍繞績效指揮棒行事這一根源性的'題目。本文從基層團隊建設應基于績效治理這一視角對民營企業基層團隊建設的題目進行了分析和探討,進而提出了行之有效的解決方法。關鍵詞:績效治理民營企業基層團隊團隊建設
Abstract:Team has already become an important form of organization system of the enterprises in the modern days.We must establish an harmonious and efficient teams at the basic level if we want to raise our performance.But we may find many problems when we build up primary teams in modern private enterprises,such as inefficient and poor cooperation power.These problems may lead to low performance in the primary teams.The article discuss the problems in establishing the primary teams in private enterprises on the point of performance management.
