中頻發電機試驗站調速系統的改造摘 要:在實際生產中,有許多生產機械要求在一定的范圍內進行速度的平滑調節,并且要求有良好的靜態、動態性能,使得系統在負載突變的情況下能快速的.恢復穩定。由于直流電動機具有極好的運行性能和控制特性,所以直流調速系統是自動調速系統的主要形式。
本文介紹的直流調速系統是國內某軍工企業的中頻發電機試驗站的測試系統,課題的主要任務是對該調速控制系統進行必要的設備更新和技術改造。改造后的調速控制系統將原有的強電控制改造成以AT89C2051單片機為核心的計算機控制系統。此外,設計中將原有的人工手動控制改造為轉速、電流雙閉環自動控制系統。關鍵詞:中頻發電機;調速系統;AT89C2051單片機;雙閉環自動控制系統;Reform of the Speed Adjustment System of Intermediate

Since the direct current motor has very good operation performance and control property, so the system of direct current of speed adjustment is major form of automatic speed adjustment system.
This paper introduces the direct current speed adjustment system. It is the domestic test system of the generator test station of intermediate frequency of the certain Military industry enterprise. The major task of the program is the necessary technical reformation and equipment updating for this speed adjustment control system. The reformed speed adjustment system transforms the original strong electronic-controlled system with the computer control system that takes single chip computer AT89C2051 as key. Besides, the design transforms the original artificial control by hand with two closed circuits automatic control system of speed and current.
