內 容 摘 要
物流園區是我們現代物流發展中出現的新生事物,更是現代物流系統工程中的重要物流結點,其合理規劃和科學運作對我國現代物流的健康發展有著十分重要的作用。但是這一新生事物在發展過程中,在一些地方現在出現了定位不準、規劃不明、經營不善、管理不力，甚至是盲目發展、重復建設的問題。究其原因，我發現很多的物流園區在規劃建設時沒有做過很好的績效評估。針對這個情況，本文將從系統工程的角度來分析物流園區的綜合績效情況，把影響物流園區社會效益、經濟效益和技術效益的各因素都考慮進去，用層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法對其績效作一個綜合評估，考評這個物流園區存在是否合理。

ABSTRACT
Logistics park is our modern logistics development something new, more modern logistics system is the important logistics nodes, project planning and scientific and rational operation for the healthy development of Chinese modern logistics plays a very important role. But this new things in development and, in some places there positioning, planning and management, management, and even blind development, repetitive construction. Investigate its reason, I found a lot of logistics park in the planning and construction is not done good performance evaluation. In this situation, this paper from the Angle of system engineering analysis of comprehensive logistics park, the performance of logistics park of social benefit, economic benefits and technical efficiency of various factors are taken into consideration, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance evaluation for a comprehensive logistics park, the existence is reasonable.
