在各類雅思圖表作文表達方式中，關于數(shù)字尤其是關于百分比的表達方式是大家一定要掌握的，因為在大部分的雅思圖表作文中都需要考生用百分比來表達相關的數(shù)量關系，和圖表的的含義。下面我們來看看百分比的表達方式吧。
在雅思圖表作文中，表達“百分……”這個概念的詞匯一般有兩個，分別是percentage和percent。很多考生對于percentage和percent的區(qū)別不是很清楚，因此經常使用錯誤。
其實，在雅思圖表作文的表達方式中，percent是“百分之”的意思，等同于%符號，前面應該用數(shù)據，比如50%可以寫成50 percent，另外要注意percent后面不加S。
而percentage在雅思圖表作文的表達方式中，是“百分比”的意思，后面不能直接跟數(shù)字，一般需要用the percentage of來表達某個百分比。此外，有時候也可以用proportion, share, rate等來表達相同的意思，比如：
