該句與第一篇二級筆譯的英譯漢文中的一個句式結構相似：“不論大小，強弱，貧富”，可以按照讓步狀語從句的特色句式譯成：All countries, be they large or small, weak or strong, rich or poor, should enjoy equal footing in the international community. 我們在漢譯英的講解中曾經練習過類似的句子：大自然對人的恩賜，無論貧富，一律平等。Equal are the generous gifts blessed by nature to all human individuals, be they rich or poor.
