　　1、對考研英語詞匯及專業詞匯的掌握程度

　　每個專業都有其相關詞匯，多以英文形式出現，同時詞匯是構成句子的基礎，是理解文章的核心，故而對這些考研英語詞匯的掌握直接決定對其在該專業以后的發展潛力。

　　此外，專業詞匯往往較難且針對性強，平時接觸到的不多，也很難記憶，而一旦考生掌握了這些專業領域的考研英語詞匯，其英語能力一定不錯，對本專業來講其英語水平也是足夠的，這些也都是導師所關注的。

　　2、對外文文獻的閱讀能力

　　幾乎所有的專業的研究都不局限于我國自己，而事實上多數專業的研究工作在國外更為深入。為了對該專業有更好更準確的研究，研究生在研一期間的一個任務就是大量閱讀相關行業的著作或文章，以便掌握該專業的最新觀點和核心知識。而這一任務就要求研究生有良好的外文閱讀能力，因為很多文章是沒有譯本的，即便有，譯本也是無法替代原著的，要想對原著作者的觀點有清晰完整的掌握，一定要親自閱讀，所以每個導師對研究生的一個要求都是要有一定的外文文獻閱讀能力。

　　3、對著作論文的英語寫作能力

　　每個研究生在讀研期間最核心的內容便是論文。每個研究生在畢業前都會被要求寫一到三篇高水平的專業論文，這些編寫出來的論文一般都會要求有一個摘錄或者說明書，而這些內容大多是要用英文書寫的，甚至優秀的論文是要求全篇都用英文來寫作的，以期望能夠在全球專業雜志等出版。所以優秀的考研英語寫作能力是鼻部可少的，也是導師們最為關心的一點。

　　4、英語口語表達能力

　　相比于詞匯認知度和考研英語作文能力，導師們對考生的英語口述能力相對要低點，但也不是完全不關注。很多導師對學生的外語表達能力是有期許的，因為研究生以后是很有可能和大大機構進行通力合作、共同研發的，所以很多院校和專業的導師與國外相關領域專家學者交流的機會也很多，他們自己往往外語很好，那么他們對于學生的口語表達能力也就有了較高的要求，至少不能比自己差太多�？梢哉f，英語口語表達能力雖非導師的硬性要求，但卻是其心中所愿，故而在復試中口語如果有優勢的話會給自己帶來意外的驚喜。
