　　當我們展現自身優勢時，僅僅使用概括性的語句，力度不足，舉些實例更能生動形象地再現我們的能力、特質。同時，在實際例子中，我們可以把所取得的成績具體量化，效果更好。當然，除了實例，評價也是自夸的手段之一，而自己的主觀評價可信度不強，相反他人的評價更為客觀、可信，大家可以適當引用他人評價。

　　I'm *******，26 years old ， born in ***** city ，HeNan Province. In year 1996，I entered ********University， majoring in Mechanical Designing and Producing. During those 4 years' study，I worked hard and I was always active in various activities . I gained the first scholarship for four times and I joined the Communist Party at the college. After my graduation in June 2000，I worked in ***company.
