溫馨提示:職場如何和領導相處?
一、積極溝通,與上司相互理解
如今越來越多的90后開始步入職場,這些職場新人大部分都是獨生子女,大多習慣于以自我為中心并缺乏與他人溝通的思維和技巧。其實對于大多數新人來說首先應該學會恰當處理與上司的關系,取得上司的好感和賞識幫助,這樣會更有利于自己做好工作,并取得進步。
具體來說,首先應該服從上司的指示,不要有逆反心理。下級服從上級是起碼的組織原則,如果對于領導的決策有意見,應該積極溝通,相互理解。其次,要熟悉上司的心理特征,了解他為人處事的風格。上司也是人,都有七情六欲,只有心理上互相熟悉才能減少互相之間的摩擦事件和沖突,更有利于進行溝通。最后,要敢于彌補上司的失誤,而不僅僅是用語言互相指責。領導難免會有出錯的.時候,這時候既不能因為害怕上司不高興就對錯誤視而不見,也要盡量少用“逆耳忠言”,避免讓領導下不來臺,最好的做法應該是積極幫領導彌補,時間一長自然會贏得領導的信任。
二、拋棄偏見,與上司無障礙溝通
現實中有很多人會下意識地把自己和領導對立起來,認為領導處在自己的對立面,一方面不愿意主動與領導溝通和交往,另一方面還會認為那些與領導關系好的人都是些“溜須拍馬”之人,與領導搞好關系是“潛規則”、“有內幕”。其實這很多時候都是自己的臆想而已,套用一句哲人說的話就是“你眼中看到的,其實是你心里以為的”,正是因為你主觀上的偏見,才讓自己不愿意與上司交往,甚至對領導莫名其妙的抵觸,繼而影響到自己的工作和發展?赡阌袥]有想過,你的上司當年也許就是和你一樣出身寒門、依靠自己點點滴滴的汗水和拼搏才贏得今天成績的讀書人?如果他不是你上司的話,你會不會因為他的個人閱歷而愿意與他交往呢?
