外表重要內容更重要
浪潮電子設備有限公司負責招聘市場營銷人員的亢先生說,他們在招聘的時候曾經收到過外表很有個性的求職簡歷,但是這并不影響他們對人才的選擇。外表與眾不同的簡歷的確能夠吸引他們的視線,但他們看重的不是簡歷的形式,而是簡歷的內容,雖然形式有時候也能反應一個人的思維方式,但內容更能表現一個人所具備的基本素質。如果簡歷做得很漂亮而內容卻一般,他們通常是不會選擇的。貴和商廈人力資源部的李女士也表達了同樣的觀點。
用人單位關心哪些信息
很多學生認為簡歷越厚越受用人單位重視,其實這是一個誤區,用人單位看簡歷,只是想從中了解他們想知道的信息。用人單位招聘的工作崗位不同關心的側重點也不同,但以下幾點是用人單位普遍關心的:一是學生的學習能力,學習能力可以通過學生的專業課成績反映出來,也可用獎學金獲得的次數來衡量;第二點是學生的實踐能力,用人單位通常認為具有社會活動經驗的學生往往比沒有社會活動經驗的學生能更快適應工作;第三是學校的社團活動經歷,學校的社團活動能反映出一個學生的'愛好和特長,也能從側面反映出學生的交際能力;第四是文字表達能力,簡歷上的文字雖少卻能反映出一個學生的語言組織能力。第五是外語水平,英語過四級是學校對大學生畢業生的基本要求,也是用人單位衡量畢業生基本素質的一個條件。
誠信是金
為了給自己的簡歷增添說服力,有些學生將別人的獲獎證書換上自己的名字復印后加到自己的簡歷中。這樣做似乎可以使自己看起來更優秀,卻不是明智之舉,甚至會讓自己錯失良機。因為正規的用人單位在面試的時候會讓畢業生拿各種證書的原件進行驗證,一旦用人單位發現證書有假,會有一種被愚弄的感覺,哪怕是各方面都很優秀的畢業生也會被用人單位毫不留情地拒之門外。在這個講究誠信的社會,誠信是做人第一步,它更能扣職業的大門。
除了以上幾個方面,很多用人單位非常注意從簡歷的細節之處發現人的優點,比如,版面簡捷大方的簡歷說明求職者熟悉辦公軟件的使用;語言流暢,沒有錯別字的簡歷不僅說明求職者文字表達水平比較高,更說明求職者具有認真、嚴謹的作風。
