          撰寫簡歷的注意事項

          1、簡歷設計巧顯個性

          人力資源部副經理xxx說,在相同學歷條件下,一定要在簡歷中體現自己的優勢來。

          比如說,有的同學把自己“英語二、四級”、“計算機二級”、獲得過什么資格證都標在了簡歷的封面上,這樣招聘者看簡歷一目了然,一下就把這份簡歷挑出來了。相反的,有的同學用了一兩頁A4紙定自薦信,用了諸如“吃苦耐勞工作勤奮”之類的字眼形容自己,根本體現不出自己的特點,因為這些評價適用于每個求職者。

          另一位招聘負責人建議,寫自薦信可將主要特長、簡歷的段落詞句用加黑、加粗的字體顯示,便于瀏覽。

          2、開門見山介紹自己

          在某報業集團人力資源部,記者看到了一位雙學士的求職簡歷;在長達十頁的簡歷中,第一頁是封面,第二頁是一整頁的自薦信,第三頁是一整頁的學校介紹,第四頁是一整頁的專業介紹,第五頁才介紹個人基本情況。

          “翻到第五頁才找到我們想看的東西。”招聘負責人表示,直接把個人情況表格放到最前面去,才是最簡潔的做法。

          這位負責人還說,有的新聞專業的學生復印了大量的實習作品放在簡歷里,其實沒有必要。因為報社在招聘時,看重的是見報文章的質量而非數量,比如文章是否有一定的獨到見解、是否為獨立署名,這樣才更能體現出一個新聞專業學生的專業素質。他還表示,成績單、各種證書的復印件要備齊,這樣比空泛地寫自己有多少優點要有力得多。

          3、不應聘外企無需通篇英文

          一國有單位的`人力資源部招聘負責人xxx指出,有的學生簡歷里,簡歷里,英文材料比中文材料要多。HR表示,其實只有外企才會比較注重應聘者用外語表達;應聘國企則無需通篇英文。

          簡歷應對應聘單位有一定的針對性。比如單位到廈門大學的應聘學生就在簡歷里附了一首詩,內容大概是:歡迎貴單位來欣賞廈大的美麗風光,同時廈大學生也從貴單位的招聘感受到了貴單位務實的作風。

          其實,這樣的簡歷就在很大程度上對企業表現出親和力和針對性,讓招聘者眼前一亮。相反的,有的學生主動找上門來想求職,嘴里說對貴企業很仰慕,但一問卻對企業一無所知,這樣給人的感覺就很不可靠,僅僅是在找一個飯碗而已。
