在能力方面要求自己學習做到以下幾點：
1、教育感染力。用心靈去教育學生，用情感去感動學生。教育學生不能只用規范和懲罰，我主張的是情感教育。經常給他們講道理，分析問題的原因，教他們用道德來衡量事情的對錯。
2、因材施教的能力。不管是技能學習上還是品德上，學生與學生之間總有差異，善于發現學生的特點，并能運用適合的方式進行指導，提高他們的信心，鼓舞他們前進。
3、完善課堂教學的能力。在一次又一次的實踐中學會如何完成課堂教學任務，如何控制時間，如何實現師生互動，如何使學生更好的掌握技能和理論知識。
三、勤于教學理論及教學研究
1、積極努力學習專業的教學理論知識，并能運用在自己的教學中，及時進行反思。工作中不斷閱讀有關教學理論的書籍，不斷提高自己。平時也要不斷補充其他方面的理論知識，豐富自己，做到多聽、多看、多寫、多練。
