    我的名字是**,今年27歲,2003年畢業(yè)于重慶師范大學,大專文化。我性格開朗，為人比較有親和力，也很重視團隊精神，善于傾聽和溝通。我曾經從事過客服工作，主要是受理客戶咨詢、投訴等，在此期間工作一直得到領導和同事的好評。

    坦白地說,我的英語口語并不是很好,但是我熱愛客服工作,我擁有良好的職業(yè)態(tài)度。我將盡我最大的`努力,如果我得到這份工作。

     i am open-minded, easy-going, and good at communicating with others. i had been working as customer servie, which mainly deal with the work such as customer consulting, customer complanit and so on. during the working time, i always work hard and carefully,therefore, i finish every work excellently and got the praise from my leader and colleges.

    To be honest, i am not very good at english speaking. however, i love my job and i have great career attitude. if i have the honor to be recruited by your company, i will try my best to finish every work and devote myself to this company.
