　　趁著剛面完的新鮮勁把面試寫了 也當是服務后人順帶攢點RP吧。

　　本人美帝小碩一枚 背景是供應鏈的 申了shanghai management trainee program customer development的position

　　前一周拿的telephone interview的通知 等到今早面 電話是Kaj打的 歐洲口音蠻好懂的 態度也很nice

　　小寒暄了幾句就開始正題了 問的都是差不多的問題 感覺就是狂甩例子

　　1. Why choose this position

　　2. Talk about a time you think you can do things better

　　3. 接著前一個問題問的 so any changes do you make

　　4. describe a time you need to do quick decision but your team members are reluctant to

　　5. describle a time you and your team go through a challenging situation

　　6. Why are you interested in FMCG industry

　　7. Growth mindset的一個例子

　　8. Customer focus 的一個例子

　　9. describe a time you regret on doing sth.

　　差不多這些吧 樓主說到最后例子都快用完了。。。。

　　小哥最后說今年很多人投啊 投上海這個position的人尤其多啊 blablabla 說的樓主心里抖的呀。。。
