大家好！
我是五年級4班的xx。這次，我競選的項目是英語課代表。雖然這是一份辛苦的工作，但我愿意努力為班級和同學(xué)服務(wù)。
首先，我的學(xué)習(xí)成績和良好的人品贏得了同學(xué)們的信任。其次，我在每次的英語考試中都能達(dá)到95分以上，擠入全班前三名之內(nèi)。我在課上還積極舉手發(fā)言，英語說的流暢、正確。此外，我有著強烈的責(zé)任心，有豐富的經(jīng)驗，可以幫助老師做一些力所能及的事情。

I am very happy to meet with you here today to tell you my speech is entitled "English, so I am happy."
