下午好！
首先感謝各位領(lǐng)導老師對我的信任和支持，給我這個機會參加競聘演講。
20xx年我畢業(yè)于北華大學外語學院師范英語專業(yè)，四年的大學學習讓我掌握了扎實的語言功底。作為年輕教師，我從不敢懈怠，堅持利用業(yè)余時間學習，提高自身業(yè)務水平。通過一年的教學工作，我的教學業(yè)務水平得到了很大的提升。今天，我競聘的是高二年級理科英語教師，之所以競聘這個崗位，基于以下三點原因：
一了解并熱愛我的學生這一屆高一學生從入學開始就擔任一二班的英語教學工作。在一年的教學實踐中，我揣摩著，嘗試著，與他們真誠溝通交流著，已經(jīng)非常熟悉每個學生的性格特點和學習現(xiàn)狀，這為教學工作的進一步開展，奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。
二我有扎實的專業(yè)知識我深知英語學科在學�；緦W科教學中的地位和作用，明確英語教師的職責和任務，也明白英語教師所應必備的素質(zhì)和要求，所以，自工作以來，我始終不忘學習，勤鉆研，善思考，多研究，不斷豐富提高自己。
三我有較好的年齡優(yōu)勢我正當青春年華，精力旺盛，敬業(yè)精神高，能夠全身心地投入到自己熱愛的教學工作中去。這一點也深受學生喜愛。
為了趕上課改的步伐，我利用課余時間學習了《英語課程標準》，深入了解它的基本理念。其中強調(diào)教學要面向全體學生，注重素質(zhì)教育，特別強調(diào)要關(guān)注每個學生的`情感，激發(fā)他們的興趣，幫助他們建立學習的成就感和自信心。所以在教學中，我始終以學生為中心，發(fā)揮他們的主體作用，采用以學生為中心的教學思路，充分考慮學生的現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)，興趣愛好，學習風格等差異。讓學生體驗和積極參與，建構(gòu)知識，形成積極的態(tài)度，促進語言實際運用能力的提高。
假如我能夠通過競爭上崗，我打算從以下幾個方面改進自己的教學工作，提高自己的教學水平。
一更加科學規(guī)范的做好日常教學工作，根據(jù)實際情況，在順應課改潮流的前提下，認真落實各項教學常規(guī)工作，確保教學質(zhì)量穩(wěn)中有升。
二加強個人修養(yǎng)，練好基本功。進一步樹立自己強烈的事業(yè)心和責任感，加強自己的工作能力，努力調(diào)動學生的學習積極性，提高教學質(zhì)量，力爭在教學中體現(xiàn)實力，在工組中保持動力，在創(chuàng)新中增加壓力，在與學生同事的交往中體現(xiàn)凝聚力。
三針對我校學生實際，分析學情，尤其對英語學困生分析了成因：
1對英語不感興趣2錯誤歸因：一些學生在英語學習過程中遇到困難或失敗時，錯誤地把原因歸結(jié)于自己的能力，認為自己不是學習英語的材料，因此放棄嘗試和應有的努力，聽之任之。3元認知欠缺：有的學生學習無目標，隨意性大；課上被動地聽課，等待老師布置作業(yè)；遇到問題時，不懂采用任何補救措施，這些都是元認知的表現(xiàn)，也是造成學業(yè)不良的重要原因。
轉(zhuǎn)化學困生的具體措施：
1.培養(yǎng)興趣，正面激勵
困擾英語學困生的最根本原因是興趣和信心的問題。所以，我們在轉(zhuǎn)化英語學困生的時侯，關(guān)鍵要找到他的興趣點，激發(fā)他的興趣，使他具有學習英語的內(nèi)在動力。
2.確立目標，激發(fā)動機
指導學生根據(jù)自己的學習基礎(chǔ)和認知水平確立學期目標。這個目標不能定的太高，必須是經(jīng)過努力可以達到的，并使他們認識到這個目標的最終實現(xiàn)需要以完成每天的學習任務為基礎(chǔ)。這些短期目標是學困生日常學習的動力，可以防止他們?nèi)齑螋~兩天曬網(wǎng)。
3.指導策略，樹立信心
有計劃按步驟的指導他們學習運用合適的學習策略，提高英語學習效率。
記單詞是學困生的最大困難，訓練他們的單詞記憶策略。如
�。�1）拼讀策略。多數(shù)學困生習慣用機械重復的方法記單詞，這種方法費時低效。英語單詞有90％是符合讀音規(guī)則的，根據(jù)讀音去記單詞，可以提高效率。
（2）分類組織策略。根據(jù)單詞的音形方面的特征進行歸類記憶。如同音異義詞。
（3）詞綴策略。滲透英語單詞常見的前綴后綴。
希望通過以上措施能夠轉(zhuǎn)化學困生，提高他們的學習成績。
除此之外，我競聘的是班主任。我深知，班主任是班集體的靈魂所在�！�

我叫揚楠，很榮幸擔任我咱們班的英語教學工作，，一年級下期的時候就曾經(jīng)和孩子一起學習生活，再次和孩子們大家相聚，我感到又高興有驚喜高興的是又能和孩子在一起生活學習了，驚喜的是孩子們個子長高了，思維敏捷了，學習興趣更濃了，掌握的詞匯更多了。孩子的進步成長是我們的共同心愿，讓我們共同努力，為孩子的進步成長加油。為了讓孩子更系統(tǒng)，更牢固的掌握知識，也為了讓孩子更好的學習英語，我把二年級下冊牛津英語課本分析如下：
本冊書的總體目標：
1。聽說讀53個單詞，33個句子，7組對話，
2。聽懂會唱5首歌曲，
3。聽說讀3個趣味小故事并表演，
4。聽說讀寫nn—zz十三個字母的大小寫。
全書共九個單元，八個話題，第九單元為復習單元，所以我將重點談談前八個單元，第一二單元為一個話題：animal，第三四單元為一個話題：my living spaces and area，地五六單元為一個話題：water，第七八單元為一個話題：summer。各單元都緊緊圍繞孩子們的生活設(shè)置，趣味性很強，孩子也很感興趣。
本學期依然遵循聽說領(lǐng)先，讀寫跟進的的教學原則，繼續(xù)激發(fā)孩子學習英語的興趣，增強他們的自信心與成就感，為以后的學習打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。
下面我重點從聽說讀寫四方面向大家介紹一下本期的教學方法：
聽：課堂上我會堅持全英授課，盡量多使用學過的單詞和句子，在學習新知識的同時，鞏固復習舊知識，每一節(jié)課抽出三到五分鐘的時間聽錄音，潛移默化地提高孩子的聽力水平；在外教的口語課上，我盡量少翻譯，盡可能讓孩子充分的感知語言，這樣更能激發(fā)孩子們的學習興趣，增強他們學習的自信心與成就感。
說：有句話是這樣說的：“汽車是開出來的，游泳是游出來的，英語是說出來的，”本期我們依然會加強口語教學；在熟讀課文甚至背誦的基礎(chǔ)之上，利用課前五分鐘，要求孩子通過自由對話的形式說出來；鼓勵孩子勇于創(chuàng)編，以小組為單位，通過小短劇的形式表演出來，進一步提高英語口語表達能力；此外，鼓勵孩子主動與外教交流，提升孩子們學習英語的自信心與成就感。
讀：課堂上要求孩子能夠熟讀背誦課文內(nèi)容，家長也可以在家里鼓勵孩子背誦當天所學知識，及時了解孩子學習情況。
寫：本冊書要求孩子能夠熟練的默寫26個英文字母。按照要求寫出大寫和小寫字母，另外我在課堂上還要求孩子規(guī)范的書寫學過的單詞和句子。
通過我們的努力，能夠讓孩子在聽說讀寫四個方面得到綜合的提高，為今后的學習打下基礎(chǔ)。
