        P&G筆試面試經驗

          剛剛搜索了一下,似乎沒有看到本校的師兄師姐給出過pg的面經。網上有很多關于pg的,看過不少,幫助很大。今年的招聘跟往年有些差別,所以把自己的經驗跟大家分享,希望對以后的學弟學妹有幫助。

          PG筆試面試經驗

          大家都知道pg會在9月底10月初的時候開始網申。這里尤其提醒當時研二和大三的同學,pg的招聘是全職和實習一起的,而且實習只針對研二和大三,等于多了一次機會,如果準備進pg,那么不要錯過。即使沒有最終拿到offer,至少也有一段非常不錯的經歷,也為來年再戰打個基礎。我今年就是研二,非常幸運,拿到了pg的offer。

          第一步:網申

          由于網申時間每年固定,所以有想法的同學就要留意了,提前把簡歷做好,不要到了最后時間才開始手忙腳亂的準備,那樣可能比較倉促了。一般都是到了十一長假結束時,網申也就截至了。凡事預則立。有一點需要注意的是pg不接受校園網的申請,主頁上的解釋是鏈接不穩定,所以盡量選擇網吧或者用自己的貓撥號。我有的朋友就是因為這個吃虧了。

          簡歷的制作就因人而異了,網上也有很多漂亮的模版。建議大家爭取壓縮到一頁紙。要突出重點,pg特別強調的能力包括領導能力,團隊協作能力,解決難題能力以及溝通交流能力,這些重點一定要鮮明的表現出來,不然就會淹沒在四千多份簡歷的海洋中了。除了簡歷,pg要求網申人員填寫性格測試題目,好像是63題(或者53,沒記清),鑒于網絡的原因,大概需要半個小時到40分鐘才可以完全填完(每一題都要刷新頁面),提前有心理準備。填寫之前,建議了解pg的文化以及對員工的性格取向,務必與之一致,pg相當重視性格測試的結果,據說大部分網申被拒都是因為這個。

          西安網申的人數總在幾千,這輪下來大概剩下500左右,pg會有專人負責電話通知這些人,參加接下來的宣講會或叫做英才見面會,而這些人都可以參加pg的筆試了。宣講會一般都在喜來登。宣講會的內容無非是各部門的負責人闡述本部門的理念,原則以及工作性質。實習生只能選擇CBD(Customer Business Development,客戶業務發展部門,主要與經銷商代理商打交道)和R&D。全職的選擇比較多,但也要看在西安當年有哪些部門進行招聘,并不一定。一定要認真分析各個部門不同的文化和要求,確認自己最適合的職位。如上所說pg非常注重員工性格特征與企業的匹配程度,所以務必慎重決定。最終決定將會要求在第一輪筆試時候填寫在試卷上。

          第二步:筆試之PST(Problem Solving Test,中文解難能力測試)

          這部分考試在交大進行。整個試卷分為數學計算,圖表,中文閱讀幾大塊。沒有特別需要專門準備的。數學題目都是小學三年級左右的題目,比如兩列火車相對而行,速度分別給出,距離給出,讓你求出什么時候相遇。圖表是最煩的,數據很多,很容易看花,建議帶上尺子,可以方便進行比較。中文閱讀相比高考語文,相信容易很多。

          建議順序:閱讀-------數學--------圖表。題目都不難,問題是時間太短。60分鐘50題,需要足夠速度,并且足夠精確,對自己的結果高度自信,因為沒有時間檢查。很多人都是少對了一兩題就被淘汰了。所以按照上面說的順序可以保證多做有把握并且容易解決的題目,畢竟每道題目分值一樣。

          PST是用中文考試的,大家不用擔心語言的問題。不過網上可以下載的樣卷是英文的,而且圖表題是用數據列出來的,并沒有畫成圖表,降低了難度。大家看的時候可以把它還原成圖表再做。樣卷我等下放在最后,有興趣的看一下。

          這關大概會刷一半,剩下200多人進行接下來的口語。

          ps:在考完PST之后,監考人員收走試卷的同時,會發下一份英文試卷,上面列出三個問題,要求用英語回答。這三個問題出自pg面試的經典八道題,稍加變化而已。這部分和是否進入下一輪沒有關系,但是這個構成你面試時主考官提問的基礎材料,所以一定要挑選自己最有把握和絕對真實的示例。最好提前八道題的英文都準備上,到時候直接往上搬就可以了。同樣這八道題我會放在文檔最后,大家回頭看。

          第三步:筆試之口語

          這部分考試在外院進行。pg往年這部分都采取托業的形式,并且托業分數足夠的話可以免試英語。今年在全國推廣新型的考試,采用的是一種據說很牛的語音識別軟件。具體形式是:快到考試時間,會有專門人員帶你進入候考室,發給考卷?季矸譃橐韵聨讉部分:閱讀句子,重復句子,回答問題,根據聽到的短語造句,最后是每題20秒的陳述。抓緊時間熟悉考卷,尤其是閱讀句子部分,句子是給出的,如果有不會的單詞趕緊用文曲星查,在候考時候是允許的,所以事先準備好。多讀幾遍,務必要完全流暢沒有停頓,并且發音要正確,這部分必須拿到比較完美的分數。整個過程是由長途電話完成的,并且電話那頭是電腦而并不是真人,所以不會等到你的回答結束才開始下一題,要控制自己的回答時間,尤其是最后的陳述。電話可能有雜音,如果嚴重可以向工作人員申請重新撥號。用的是耳機而不是聽筒,稍微可以安慰一下。回答或者陳述時一定要清楚大聲,重復句子和造句那里,沒有聽懂也盡量復述自己聽到的單詞,會有加分。如果回答問題那里不懂,最后沉默或者說I dont know。問題陳述部分一定要嚴格控制時間,寧愿少說也不要影響聽接下來的問題。全部考試只需要12分鐘不到的樣子,具體時間分配試卷上會有說明,一定要高度緊張,集中精神。

          聽力和口語只能平時積累,突擊用處不大。樣卷我可以提供在下面,聽力大概就沒有辦法了,只能回頭留下qq,需要的話給大家傳,或者發到郵箱里。說明一下,聽力樣本效果極差,多多忍耐吧,我在網上找了很久也才找到這個,當然如果有人找到好的當然最好,希望能提供出來共享。

          這關也會淘汰一半左右,剩下100多人可以參加下面的一面。

          第四步:一面

          一面在香格里拉金花飯店進行。要求著正裝,我就為此買了一套雅戈爾。生平第一次穿啊。主考官是一個。如上所述,一面的提問基礎來自你PST考試后回答的三道英文題。一面幾乎都是中文進行,極為個別的會遇到外籍面試官。即使遇到外籍人士,pg是可以提供翻譯的。當然如果可以直接用英語最好,會留下很深印象。我遇到的都是中文,很幸運。

          就像在簡歷制作時候提到的,pg非常強調領導能力,團隊協作能力,解難能力和溝通能力。這個因你選擇的部門不同而有所差異,這就需要你在宣講會上就要仔細確認各個部門文化和理念,有針對性的在面試時突出自己的能力。需要準備的就把自己回答的三道題所涉及的經歷重溫一下,爭取做到在所有細節上回憶清楚,pg面試非常細致,很多細節都會被問道,如果答案是編的,相信會被戳穿,結果當然不會好。如果有能力圓的天衣無縫,那也行,務必保證不被戳穿。至少我覺得很難。

          個人認為面試時候的經驗用處不大,這跟主考官也有比較大的關系。一面最重要的我覺得應該是自信,得體的陳述,不卑不亢。

          這個過程又將淘汰一半左右,剩下50多人參加最后的面試。

          第五步:二面

          地點不變。需要準備的除了以前準備過的之外,也需要把簡歷上面所有的經歷重溫,可能在那三道題之外會有更多的提問,多數是按照簡歷的內容,形式還是pg的八道經典題的樣子,略有變化。強調的能力依然是那些。對細節的提問較之一面更加詳細(也有面經提到變態這個詞語:)),有的我做過的事情由于時間久了,也被問到有點心虛,還好沒有表現出來。

          今年我報的CBD部門面試官有四個,而不是以往的三個。兩個主考的是來自香港的副總裁,還有兩個是內地的。兩個主考的提問比較多,最后會要求用英文回答問題。爭取讓所有的面試官都投入到你的陳述中。根據其他面經所說,通常都有一個是沉著臉不吭聲的。在我前面進去的交大的學長回來也告訴我兩邊內地的面試官一直不笑,他幾次試圖活躍他倆都沒有成功。或許我運氣比較好,沒有覺得有人黑臉。仍然覺得自信最重要,陳述要有層次,突出重點;卮饐栴}最好主要注視提問者,但是也要兼顧到其他人,否則不可能讓所有人對你都微笑。

          二面過后,就是漫長的等待了,會讓人在等待中把當初的激情消磨殆盡……從10月初網申,到我最后接到電話,前后經歷四十多天,對于求職而言,算是很長的時間了。但是,不論進沒進,都是一次比較值得的經歷。

          從始至終,接觸到的pg員工都非常的謙虛禮貌,絕對是以服務應聘者的態度面對這些渴望進入pg的學生,沒有以往我經歷到的那些高高在上的嘴臉。我覺得pg真的是尊重每一個員工,包括成千上萬求職者。親身經歷了才會覺得區別。pg連續很多年成為最受歡迎雇主之一,不是浪得虛名。

          pg給的薪水或許不是最高的,稅前研究生7200+,本科6200+,一年給14個月。但是保險給的很全,甚至給家人也有份。假期長,貌似中秋都有放假一天,而且除了新年還有額外的年假可以選擇。對員工的培養也有很完善的體系,可以幫助新人快速成長。我覺得是非常適合工作的企業。尤其對于管理類專業的同學,我們不像前幾系的有那么多機會,一定不要放過,只要準備充分就有相當的可能。運氣很重要,但是一定要有所準備。

          還是重復開頭的話,由于實習生和全職員工一同招募,而且實習生一般都可以成為正式員工,所以到時候研二和大三的同學要留心了。多一次機會就多一份可能。

          面試過程:

          1. PS二面面經-全英(流程:自我介紹+五個八大問+兩道情景題+反問)

          2. 四個面試官,其中兩三個外國人(有些locate在國外),有三個23年工作經驗(但是一點架子都沒有!),面試整體感覺很輕松愉快~

          2. 介紹流程優化的經歷,其中會追問為什么采用這個優化方法而不采用其他的,你在該項目中擔任的leader嗎,其他人對你的優化方法有沒有異議

          3. 介紹一次不能達成共識的例子,追問細節,除了采取這個措施,你還有采取其他措施嗎

          4. 可以基于上個例子,你有沒有遇到什么major difficulty,你怎么解決的?

          5. 你當leader的時候,如何進行分工?

          6. 關于商賽的例子,有追問如果再來一次你能想到有什么改進的地方嗎?

          7. 情景題1:如果你有一個流程改善的idea,但是其他員工反對,你怎么辦?

          8. 情景題2:你有四個task,ddl分別是三天后,一周后,一個月后,以及一年后,你要怎么安排?

          9. location和時間,以及能不能接受去plant或者distribution center工作?

          1. Describe an instance where you set your sights on a high/demanding goal and saw it through completion.

          2. Summarize a situation where you took the initiative to get others going on an important task or issue,and played a leading role to achieve the results you wanted.

          3. Describe a situation where you had to seek out relevant information,define key issues,and decide on which steps to take to get the desired results.

          4. Describe an instance where you made effective use of facts to secure the agreement of others.

          5. Give an example of how you worked effectively with people to accomplish an important result.

          6. Describe a creative/innovative idea that you produced which led to a significant contribution to the success of an activity or project.

          7. Provide an example of how you assessed a situation and achieved good results by focusing on the most important priorities.

          8. Provide an example of how you acquired technical skills and converted them to practical application.

          PRACTICE EXERCISES FOR PROBLEM SOLVING TEST PURPOSE

          This is provided to help you understand the rules for answering the Problem Solving Test by:

          1. Telling you about important features of the test.

          2. Giving you suggestions and strategies that can help when you answer it

          3. Giving you practice on questions similar to the actual test.

          FEATURES OF PROBLEM SOLVING TEST

          There are three types of questions which require critical thinking and analytical skills:

          Number of Questions

          Understanding data presented in tables or graphs 23

          Understanding written paragraphs 18

          Solving math problems 9

          50 Total

          You will have 65 minutes to answer the 50 questions. You are allowed to use a calculator,

          although one is not required. You should use a pencil so you can erase to change an answer.

          Every question has five possible answers from which you must choose the most correct

          answer. You will not have to write any essays. You will simply mark ONE of the five answers

          which will be labeled A, B, C, D, E.

          During the actual test, you will mark your answers on a special answer sheet separate from the

          questions. If you mark more than one answer to a question, it will NOT be counted as correct. If

          you change an answer, it is important to erase your first answer so it does not appear that you have

          marked more than one answer.

          SCORING

          Each correct answer adds one point to your score. Points are NOT taken off if you mark an

          incorrect answer. You should try to score as many points as you can.

          SUGGESTIONS TO GET BEST RESULTS

          Recent research has indicated that the following practices can lead to better scores on

          Problem Solving Tests, including some you should do, and some you should not do.

          Things you should do to score well on a Problem Solving Test:

         。ㄒ唬〥etermine clearly the nature of the question before looking at the answer choices.

          (二)Work as fast as possible with reasonable assurance of accuracy: do not lose time on a question you do not understand.

         。ㄈ〦liminate answers from consideration that you know are incorrect and choose from

          among the remaining answers.

         。ㄋ模㎝ark an answer to every question, even if you have to guess.

          (五)Use time remaining after completion of the test to reconsider answers.

          Things you should not do in answering a Problem Solving Test:

         。ㄒ唬〥o not read slowly and carefully through the entire test before you start working.

         。ǘ〥o not spend time verifying questions you have already answered until you have

          answered every question.

          (三)Do not spend time considering an answer that is not one of the five answer choices.

          A personnel department should first of all think of itself as a Research group. The research I

          am thinking of is a questioning of personnel techniques, a re-examining of accepted procedures. It

          is searching for facts and anticipating future developments. It is thinking about your job and

          exploring new ways of carrying it Out.
