律師執業風險已經成為阻礙我國律師業健康、有序發展的1大疾患。如何正確認識與解決律師執業風險問題已是迫在眉睫。提高執業律師地位、轉變司法人員觀念、完善相關立法，是解決律師執業風險問題的重要途徑和措施，它對于改善整個司法環境具有10分重要的意義。
