　　1. 擬自我介紹的草稿。擬一個英文草稿，多練習，糾正發音，練習流利程度，才會表現得更從容，可以多準備一些常用的詞組和連接詞，使表達得更地道。

　　2. 簡短的開場白。在比賽時，首先，禮貌的作簡短的開場白。對于在場的評委，都要一一示意。開場白可以是固定英文介紹模版，但切忌不能過長。

　　3. 掌握時間。因為規定了比賽時間，所以既不能超時太長，也不能過于簡短的回答，可以使用一些常用的詞組和連接詞。

　　4. 突出個人的優點和特長，說出自己的興趣愛好及特長。
