聘請合同(中英版)

iftheengagingpartyfindsitimperativetoterminatethecontract,inadditiontobearingthecorrespondingexpensesforwages,itshallpaytheengagedparty_____ascompensationallowance.6如受聘方中途提出辭職，聘方自同意之日起即停發工資 受聘方不在享有各種待遇。

iftheengagedpartysubmitshisresignationinthecourseofhisservice,theengagingpartyshallstoppayingtheengagedpartythesalaryfromthedaywhenhisresignationisapprovedbytheengagingparty,andtheengagedpartyshallnolongerenjoythesalaryandbenefitsstipulated.7本合同自受聘方到職之日起生效，聘請屆滿即自行失效。如一方要求延長聘期，必須在本合同期滿之前向對方提出，經雙方協商確認后，在另行簽定延長聘期合同。

thepresentcontractshallcomeintoeffectonthefirstdayofthetermofservicehereinstipulatedandceaseimmediatelytobeeffectiveatitsexpiration.ifeitherpartywishestorenewthecontract,theotherpartyshallbenotifiedbeforeitexpires.uponagreementbybothpartiesthroughconsultationanewcontractcanbesigned.8受聘方同意本合同的各項條款。
