求職信格式
求職信的基本格式一般由六部分組成，即：稱呼、開(kāi)頭、正文、結(jié)尾、附件、署名日期。
1.稱呼。它是對(duì)讀信人的稱謂。由于讀信人是公司或單位的負(fù)責(zé)人，你叉不知道他的名字，故可直呼他為“×X公司負(fù)責(zé)人”、“X×廠廠長(zhǎng)”、“×X企業(yè)經(jīng)理”等。求職信不同于一般的私人書(shū)信，它帶有“私”事“公”辦的意味，故稱呼時(shí)應(yīng)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，不要用“親愛(ài)的”、“我最尊敬的”等刺人的字眼，有時(shí)為了禮貌起見(jiàn)，可用“尊敬的×X”來(lái)稱呼。寫(xiě)稱呼時(shí)要頂格寫(xiě)。
2.開(kāi)頭。一般書(shū)信的開(kāi)頭為問(wèn)候語(yǔ)，但在求職信中大可不必。由于你與讀信人彼此陌生，寫(xiě)問(wèn)候語(yǔ)反倒給人一種做作之感，有時(shí)甚至令人感到莫名奇妙。求職信的開(kāi)頭，可說(shuō)明自己寫(xiě)信的目的，表述時(shí)應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)潔，并能吸引讀信人看下去。
3.正文。這是求職信寫(xiě)作的重點(diǎn)，在交代你求職的原因之后，應(yīng)著重介紹你應(yīng)聘、應(yīng)征、或?qū)ふ夜ぷ鞯臈l件，尤其要注意表現(xiàn)你的主要成績(jī)，突出你的優(yōu)勢(shì)，讓人感到你的吸引人處。
4.結(jié)尾。主要是強(qiáng)調(diào)你的愿望和要求。比如，你希望他給你一個(gè)會(huì)面的機(jī)會(huì)，你盼望他做出肯定的答復(fù)，你靜候他的回音等;然后向他致敬。致敬時(shí)，寫(xiě)上“此致 敬禮‘’的字樣即可。寫(xiě)時(shí)，”此致“二字可居中，”敬禮“要另起一行頂格寫(xiě)。
5.附件。附件不宜過(guò)多。選用的證明材料，如你的各門(mén)專業(yè)課程成績(jī)登記表等，應(yīng)有必要的簽名和蓋章。
6.署名、日期。署名時(shí)要注意兩點(diǎn)：一是不要過(guò)分謙卑，寫(xiě)成什么”你的學(xué)生X X敬上“等字眼;二是不要過(guò)分潦草，寫(xiě)得龍飛鳳舞，本來(lái)前面寫(xiě)得都很工整認(rèn)真，這時(shí)卻突然想炫耀你的書(shū)法，結(jié)果適得其反，會(huì)把讀信人對(duì)你的好印象破壞殆盡。署名、日期要寫(xiě)在信紙的右下角，分兩行排列。
