I am honored to stand here to share with you on such a important subject as climate ,it is global warming .
Let me give you two phenomenons.
Here is the first one. More and more people used to be using air condition ，but how many people ever thought whether this new ?hobby? will bring side-effects or not? Maybe just few people. In fact, the side-effect is apparent. The emissions of gases exhausted from air conditioning contain a lot of methane (這里可以停頓一下)which could cause global warming. By the way, air conditioning will waste a lot of electricity .
The second one is about the increasing amount of cars. According to the statistics, in 21st century, there are 7 millions cars in the world, a large amount of exhaust gases has seriously influenced us, such as: cough, throat inflammation.
This two phenomenons are just few part of reason which change our environment badly. There are many other reasons.
In nearly 100 years, the average global temperature experienced twice fluctuations which is "cold-warm-cold-warm". Generally, it is the trend that global climate is becoming warmer and warmer . In 1980s,global temperature rised apparently. According to Chinese scientists, the average temperature in China has risen by 1.1 degrees
centigrade in the last 5 decades. It is higher than the reported global average. We are seeing more frequent bouts of extreme weather in many parts of the country. For example, last spring, the most severe drought in 50 years hit northern China affecting the livelihood of 4 million people. Environmental damage and climate change is a reality for us. Out of the world?s most polluted 20 cities, half are in China,70% of Chinese rivers are polluted . China has become the largest carbon emitter of the world.
It is really thought-provoking(發(fā)人深省). Who pays for it ? First,as the pace of human high-tech development process goes quiker and quiker, the side-effects with the science development reflected, global warming is one example. more and more greenhouse gases with the development of economy are being discharged into the t 70% of the greenhouse gases has been composed of carbon dioxide,which is considered as one of the greatest causes of global warming . It has harmful effects,causing the sea level to raise and many natural disasters to strike. In my opinion, it is the high time for us to take action. In order to save the earth, we should try to do things below: no air conditioning, use recycled paper,abandon meat food, don?t use plastic bags,take a is little drops of long as everyone takes action, it will be a powerful strength to rescue our planet. All countries are supposed to take the legislative initiative as soon as in this way can the global warming be put under control.

Personally, rubbish has been a big headache in Beijing. As the year 20xx is coming ,every citizen has realized Green Beijing and Green Olympics will bring the far-reaching impact on Beijing and even all China . The scense of rubbish nearly everywhere has given all of us a really bad impression, and I'm sure none of us wish to show off the bad side of Beijing to athletes and journalists all over the world, for it would blemish the city's and even China's image and leave a bad reputation. So we really have to work hard on Green Olympics.
Now, we are middle school students. We must improve the sense of protecting the environment and make a contribution to Green Olympics .
In our life, a lot of rubbish , such as waste paper, plastic bottles ,batteries and so on , is produced every day . After we learnt the passage Make Our Environment More Beautiful , we found a lot of rubbish thrown into dustbins could be recycled in fact during our discussion. So we thought it would be better if we could classify rubbish . we told our idea to our teacher and he supported us very much . We became volunteers to classify rubbish . Firstly we got three big boxes and put them in a corner of our classroom . One is for waste paper , one for plastics and Coke cans and the other is for batteries . With Teacher's help ,soon all the students took part in the activity of classifying rubbish .In a month , we collected three boxes of paper , a box of batteries and a box of plastics and Coke cans .We sold them for 28 yuan and bought some young trees with the money . We planted the trees around our school . We were all spoken highly of by our school principals. Now we keep on the job and are all proud of improving environment .
The world trusts Beijing .Beijing still has a lot to do to reach the level the world expects, but we have the confidence to make Beijing a Green City. Great changes are taking place, and not far in the future, Beijing will be the focus of all worlds' attention. 我又想起了以前看過的一個(gè)故事,在淮河流域某村,50多歲的村民由于長期飲用被污染的河水,死于食道癌.在他的新墳上,一瓶雪碧是人們給水污染受害者的唯一祭品.也許你跟我一樣,也難以置信,但它的的確確發(fā)生在我們周圍,在中國,是啊,就在中國!心里又不禁涌起一陣心酸.在這個(gè)發(fā)展中國家里,經(jīng)濟(jì)固然重要,但環(huán)保更是關(guān)系國際民生子孫后代的大事啊!

Then the autumn came without the protection. The strong wind blew the roof of the house into the sky. The whole house was gone with the wind. What a pity! But that’s the price people have to pay for destroying in the ecology balance.
People shouldn’t be short-sighted. Protecting the environment is everyone’s task. As you know, there are four kinds of pollution. They are air pollution, water pollution, waste pollution and noise pollution. But what can we do to solve the pollution? I think, first, we can make cars that don’t pollute the environment. Second, we can try to use less water and make sure that we do not pollute the water. Third, we should not throw rubbish in the parks. We can pick up rubbish if we see it. Fourth, we can live far from the noise.
The air, water and the whole atmosphere directly influenced our lives, such as the air, people may cough and it will lead to cancer. So we must try our best to keep the world clean and tidy. You might ask yourself, “Have I ever picked up some rubbish and thrown it into a dustbin? Have I ever collected waste paper or bottles for recycling?” If your answers are “Yes”, it means that you have already done something useful to improve the environment.
In order to make the environment clean, let’s join our hands together to make the world better.
