          In recent years, losing weight has become a hot topic in our life, especially in women’s community. However, losing weight has aroused people’s attention as many problems has appeared.

          近幾年,減肥已經成為我們生活中一個熱烈的話題,尤其是在婦女群。然而,隨著很多問題的出現,減肥已經引起了人們的關注。

          There are many ways in losing weight. Some people lose their weight by persisting in doing exercise regularly. Some people take medicine to cut their weight. Furthermore, some turn to operation for help, especially the young. Therefore, all kinds of product have been sold in the market, such as special medicine, tea and equipment.

          減肥的方式有很多種。有的人通過堅持有規律的運動來減肥。有的人通過吃藥來減肥。另外,還有一些人通過手術尋求幫助。因此,各種各樣的產品在市場上出售,比如特殊藥品,茶和設備。

          It’s understandable for human to pay much attention to their good-look. However, many side effects have come into being when some people are losing weight. For example, some people have lost their weight by taking medicine, but at the same time, their digestion systems have been injured. Thus, we should pay more attention to our physical coordination when we choose the way to cut our weight.

          人們注意外貌是可以理解的。但是,當有的人減肥的時候,很多副作用就出現了。比如,有的人通過吃藥來減肥,但是同時他們的消化系統也已經受損。因而,當選擇減肥方式的時候,我們應該更加注意我們的身體協調。

          In my opinion, doing exercise is the best way to lose weight. On the one hand, we can train our bodies by taking exercise and become healthier. On the other hand, our mind will be clearer if we do exercise often.

          在我看來,做運動是減肥的最佳方法。一方面,通過運動我們可以鍛煉身體變得更健康。另一方面,如果我們經常鍛煉,我們的思維就會更清晰。

To lose weight you must start in your mind.You must make a decision to change.You must dig deep down and decide youll do it.

          Be very determined to work hard.Be disciplined enough to commit.You must promise yourself not a quit.

          Write down the reasons you want to lose weight.Write down the goals you want to achieve.Truly convince yourself that you have the power to change.

          We all know that dieting is the answer.We know we are what we eat.To lose weight we must alter our diet.

          Eat a low-fat,well-balanced diet.Eat lots of lean meat,fruit and raw vegetables.Most importantly,drink eight large glasses of water every day.

          Also,downsize your portions.Never snack late at night.Never skip meals or starve yourself! Also,you must exercise to lose weight.Exercise goes hand in hand with dieting.Exercise builds muscle that burns off calories and fat.

          Work out five times a week for thirty minutes.Work out intensively with interval training.Work out in the morning on an empty stomach for the best results.

          Do aerobics,like speed walking on one day.Do anaerobics,like weight lifting,the next.Remember,dont eat anything for one hour afterwards.

          It is important to remember to be patient.It takes time to lose weight.Its not a race but a process of growth.

          Focus on progress,not perfection.Focus on quality,not quantity.Try to be consistent and stay on track.

          Dont let friends or family distract you.Dont listen to well-intentioned but incorrect advice.Just follow my plan to succeed.

          Perhapsbecause of heredity, I was born to fat. My parents are overweight. Even though Ididn’t eat too much, I couldn’t loss my weight. Therefore, I was laughed at bymy classmates sometimes, which made me self-abased. Therefore, I decided tolose weight after graduating from primary school. For the sake of my health, myparents supported me a lot.

          They even made a plan for me. For example, I mustget up six thirty and do some running for about forty minutes. In theafternoon, I went to swim for about half and an hour. This was the only thing Iexpected.

          I like swimming. I can’t eat much in lunch and dinner.

          The food wasmainly vegetables. It was so hard, because I liked hamburger, meat, anddessert.

          I had to say no to them all. Besides, I couldn’t sit down within anhour after a meal. Luckily, after two and half months, I lost ten kilograms andI had no discomfort. I felt like I live in a rebirth. My friends were so surprisedthat I changed so much. The most important is that I became much more confidentand healthy.
