　　2016考研落下帷幕，初試的結束意味著接下來的復試該提上日程，和初試相比，復試的不同在于不是絕對化的客觀性考試，而是一種面對面的交流，如此一來，一些細節性的東西就凸現出來了，可是在面試的時候，很多同學對這些不夠重視，最后影響了成績，其實這些細節性的東西只要稍加留意和用心，就可以更加完善。

　　接下來，針對英語面試的細節問題進行分析，希望給廣大在準備中的學子們帶來幫助。

　　首先，從第一出發點的穿著說起，穿著比較忌諱的是過于隨意，過于流行的裝束�？脊俣际巧夏昙o的人，所以你最好不要穿得非常前衛。不過也不要過于正式，穿西裝、打領帶、套裝、套裙或者職業裝之類的，這個是完全沒有必要的。你自己的定位要很清楚--學生。所以穿你平時最為舒服，最常穿的就可以，越簡單、越單純越好，不要弄得很復雜。

　　第二，我們從談吐方面來講，一定要不厭其煩。中國有句古話說得好，“禮多人不怪”，不厭其煩的表說禮節性的套話，比如說你進門的時候，你不要一下子就闖進去，都是一個教室考場的，你不要闖進去，一定要先敲門說，我可以進來嗎?然后進去以后，說“我可以坐下來嗎?老師謝謝您，謝謝您今天過來給我面試，我很感激您，今天過來面試，請問現在可以開始嗎?”類似這些語句。再比如說，當老師問你問題的時候，比如：“同學你家在哪兒來的?”你在回答的時候，首先要說感謝老師的提問，然后再回答。一定要記住：禮多人不怪，不要覺得很矯情。在日常的生活里面，如果你這樣做，覺得確實很矯情，但是在這樣一個極不對稱的場合里面，越能夠矯情越能夠反應你這個人比較謙遜，比較富有一個學生的美德，一般，老師都很喜歡這樣的學生，因為讀研和本科不一樣，讀研的時候，師生關系非常親密，就像一個父子，母子感覺似的很親密，他是在招自己的半個兒子，半個女兒帶的。他們都特別喜歡在人品上，品行上非常好的人，因為大家知道，讀研的時候，導師跟你非常親密的，三年的時間都陪你一起渡過的，說實話，在你畢業之后很多年當中，都不可能割掉這個關系，但是本科不一樣，本科的老師你可能都不認識，但是讀研的時候老師非常親密的。

　　第三就是氣質上面，一定要保持很飽滿的精神狀態，并且要表現出十足的自信心。因為大家都知道氣質是由內而發的，內在的狀態良好則表現給老師的外在一定會給老師留下好的印象。

　　在行為和動作上，一個比較重要的特點，一定要明白自己在緊張的時候，有哪些動作，然后把它戒除掉。因為每個人，在緊張時候都會有自己的行為動作，小動作，比如緊張的時候，會搓手或者揪耳朵之類的這種動作，然后很多人是很不雅的，所以你一定要了解自己的這種下意識動作是什么?這一點要克服掉。

　　最后建議大家隨手、隨時攜帶一個小本子，隨時做筆記，這一點非常重要。這點說明你很細心，老師不管說什么東西，你都把它記下來，老師說的這些話，提的問題說的觀點都隨時記下來，這樣能夠表現你這個人非常細心，這是很好的一個細節。因為我們知道，細節決定成敗。所以這一點很重要，很小的一個細節，把筆記本、筆都準備好，隨時記東西。
