　　1. 介紹自己，可以說：

　　2. 詢問對方是誰，可以問：

　　① Who's that?

　　Is that ...? 或 Is that ... speaking (calling)? 絕對不能問 Are you ...?

　　4. 通話時，有重要的'事情要處理，不得不中斷通話，要有禮貌地請對方稍等，可以說：
