          每年的12月到次年2月都是職場人士跳槽的“多發期”,而大多數白領的新的工作意向是薪水高、福利好的外資企業。很多人從接到面試通知的電話起,心里就開始緊張,不用說想到要用 英語面試、老外老板親切卻又讓人緊張微笑、看似簡單而又機關重重的問題……其實,只要提前準備一下,就可以避免因胡言亂語而失去你夢想工作的可能。

          1. Tell me about yourself.

          這是一個面試問題中的經典頭道開胃菜。鐵蕓說這個問題主要考察求職者的個性是否符合公司的企業文化,所以回答的時候要盡量貼近這個公司的情況來推銷自己的特點。比如這個公司是屬于 汽車行業,那么你就該回答: “Driving is my hobby. I really love the feeling of running on the road and I take cars as my best friends.” 總之是要找到自己跟這個公司的一個切合點,讓面試官了解你充分適合這個環境。

          外企面試的注意事項

          守時

          守時是職業道德的基本要求,一般提前10-15分鐘到達面試地點效果最佳。面試的時候,不管你有什么理由,遲到也會被視為缺乏自我管理和約束能力。面試的路程較遠,切記早點出門,但早到后不宜立刻進入辦公室,可在附近的咖啡廳等候。

          服飾

          男士得穿上整潔的服裝,但不必刻意打扮。女士應穿得整潔、明亮,叮當作響的珠寶飾物、過濃的香水、沒拉直的絲襪、未修過的指甲或是蓬松的頭發等,都足以抵消求職信給予考官的良好印象。
