Role Summary/Purpose

The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is an intense 2-year entry-level development program requiring 3 rotational assignments in sales and /or marketing roles to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talent.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Will have three 8 months assignments in different sales / marketing roles, which cover different products / regions / customers in China.

Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs.

Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different sales scenario.

Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard.

Will travel within and across the region.

Qualifications/Requirements

2012 fresh bachelor/master graduates with major in Medical science, Engineering, Biomedical engineering, and commercial.

Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure.

Geographic mobility all over China; willing to travel.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player.

Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential.

Fluent in English.

快速、準確的回答客戶對技術方面的疑問。

主要職責:

調試設備、安裝監督、維護公司電力設備（驅動器、變壓器）和金屬、風力自動控制系統，能夠解決客戶在使用我公司設備時所遇到的問題。

現場系統操作、維護訓練和高級應用程序的。能夠為貫徹勞務合同而提供些幫助。

對客戶有關技術方面的疑問作出回答。

經常性訪問顧客，促進售后服務，發展和維護良好的客戶關系。

工作資格要求：

對電動機和電力電子技術知識的熟練掌握，能夠熟練操作自動控制系統。

愿意到國內外出差，甚至是一接到通知就要出發的緊急出差。

有高度的主動性和積極性，有良好的溝通技能。

能比較流利地用英語溝通（包括口語和書寫）。

能夠并愿意獨立工作，在最少的監督下完成多樣的工作。

學歷、培訓、經歷：

As Commercial Trainee you will be offered several assignments during the program period in multiple locations

Possible job rotations include: Sales, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Project Management, Application Engineering and Field Service.

Core Training Courses include Fundamental Selling Skills, Negotiation skills, Presentation Skills, Marketing Essentials, Finance Essentials, Foundations of Leadership, Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications Required:

3.1.2 校招崗位對比

一般大公司喜歡招攬各專業人才，以滿足不同崗位的需求，通用電氣也是這樣，由于其業務范圍非常廣，還會招聘醫學類等崗位。

招聘地點集中于沿海地區，幾乎從南到北沿海線都有宣講會，在這些地方宣講會也較多，因此這些地方的同學們也有相當多的機會去中興工作，也省去了車馬之勞，應聘成本很低。通用電氣在其他地方也會舉辦少數的宣講會，但很少。

作為一家跨國公司，企業對應聘者的英語能力要求很高，要求聽說讀寫能力很高，以適應可能的出國工作環境，即使是在中國工作，工作同事也說來自全國各地。

對應聘者學歷要求很高，畢業院校一般要求是重點大學畢業。本科畢業生雖然也要，但更喜歡更高學歷的碩士研究生。GE有時候會要求要一定的項目實習經歷。

該公司招聘時間集中在大四下學期末，時間很集中，上學期沒找到工作的同學可以好好利用這個機會。

該公司還提供了豐富的實習崗位，實際上實習崗位可以接觸到相關的全部職責，因此有機會的話一定要去該公司實習，對于應聘特別有幫助。實習地點也廣泛分布于全國各大城市，可以學到很多知識。幾乎全年各大部門都會招聘實習生，但是要求實習時間一般都比較長，至少半年。
