從前幾年的校園招聘情況來看，埃森哲的校園招聘時間主要集中在每年的十月。宣講會開始的地點主要集中在清華大學，北京大學，武漢大學，復旦大學，南京大學，上海交通大學等高校，每年的宣講會大概在 15-20場左右。從招聘要求來看，一般要求本科以上學歷，對于外語水平要求很高。主要職業集中在管理咨詢分析師、系統集成及技術咨詢分析師、助理軟件工程師，招聘與其職務要求相關專業的學生。
