試論企業負債經營及其風險規避
摘要：資金是企業組織生產，經營的前提條件。任何1個企業:為了保證生產經營的正常進行，必須擁有1定數量的資金。另外，由于臨時性生產的需要或適應市場要求變化，擴大適銷產品的生產規模，研制開發新產品，在內部資金不足的情況下，企業還需籌措資金，以增強自身的經濟實力，在激烈的市場競爭中立于不敗之地。雖然企業有多種渠道籌資，但負債籌資有其相對的優越性,多為企業所采用。這種策略給企業帶來巨大經濟效益的同時，也產生了1些不容忽視的負面作用。因此,我們在采用負債時，合理負債，就成為我們所必須解決的1個問題。

The change besides, needing market demands or adapting to since provision produces, expands the scale of merchantable product childbirth , develops to develop new products, under inside inadequate funds situation, enterprise needs raising funds, to strengthen selfs economic strength, base self on sure ground in fierce market competition. Though enterprise has the various channel raises, but liabilities adopt raise capital having whose relative superiority, many for enterprise institute. This tactics brings about the enormous economic effect simultaneous for enterprise, negative part having also produced a few not admitting ignoring acts on. Therefore, we are in debt when adopt liabilities, rationally, become a problem must solve by us right away.
