        奎的平與氯氮平治療精神分裂癥療效比較研究

          【摘要】 目的 探討奎的平與氯氮平治療精神分裂癥的療效和安全性。 方法 將68例精神分裂癥患者隨機分為研究組(奎的平治療)與對照組(氯氮平治療)各34例。治療期間研究組脫落1例,實際完成33例,對照組脫落2例,實際完成32例。兩組療程均為8w。于治療前及治療第2、4、8w末采用陽性與陰性癥狀量表評定臨床療效,副反應量表評定不良反應,并進行對比分析。 結果 研究組顯效率69.7%,有效率93.9%;對照組顯效率68.8%,有效率93.8%,兩組間比較均無顯著性差異(P>0.05)。研究組不良反應較對照組少且輕。 結論 奎的平治療精神分裂癥療效確切,不良反應少,服藥依從性好。

          A comparative study of quetiapine vs clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia

          【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect and safety of quetiapine vs clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia .Methods 68 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into research group(took qutiapine,n=34) and control group( did clozapine, n=34) for 8 weeks. During treatment, 1 patient quitted and other 33 ones completed in the research group, 2 quitted and 32 completed in the control group. The therapeutic effectiveness and side effects were assessed with the Positive And Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) before treatment and at the ends of 2nd,4th and 8th week of treatment, respectively. Results Effectual and effective rates of the research group were 69.7% and 93.9% and those of the control group 68.8% and 93.8% respectively, which had no significant difference(P
