        讓你無懼商務英語電話的竅門

          在商務活動中,你無法避免使用電話溝通業(yè)務。在談話中,禮儀是否恰當,用語是否專業(yè),能否準確把握談話走向,都有可能改變最后的結果。How to get the right level of formality, sound professional, but friendly too?

        讓你無懼商務英語電話的竅門

          Never fear, though! 我們將引導你進行一次專業(yè)的商務對話。

          先來兩個小竅門熱熱身:

          1. 當你表達請求的時候,你可以試著使用"can, could, would, may"。

          2. 不論你在請求或者接受信息、幫助的時候,都別忘了使用"please, thank you, thanks very much"。

          下面我們來看看電話技巧:

          Strategy 1 問候

          無論你是打出還是接聽電話,都應以禮貌的'問候或者寒暄作為開始,例如:

          Hi, how’ve you been?或者Nice to hear from you.等等。

          Strategy 2 逐步表明來意

          不表明電話來意是肯定不行的,你該從友好的問候正式轉到工作目的上了。你可以使用I’m just calling to …作為過渡。例如:

          I’m just calling to see if you would like to set up a meeting.

          如果是相反的情況,你需要引導對方表明來意,例如:

          So what can I do for you?

          Strategy 3 禮貌的打斷別人

          如果你碰巧是在和一個非常健談的人進行電話溝通,可能說了很久都沒有說到正題上,而且你發(fā)現(xiàn)很難插上話,那么你就應該打斷他,但是記得一定要禮貌客氣。例如:

          I would like to say something here, if I may.

          Allow me to make a point.

          May I interrupt you for a second?

          Strategy 4 確認

          如果你在通話中和對方制訂了某些計劃,記得要在電話結束時確認細節(jié)。你可以這么開始:

          Please let me confirm...

          So, let me make sure I’ve got things straight...

          Strategy 5 結束電話

          有時這可能是通話中最難把握的一部分。你可以祝福別人,例如在合適的情況下說:

          Good luck on that interview 或 Hope you feel better soon。

          或者,你可能想要確認一下你們制訂的任何計劃:

          I’ll see you on Friday, then.

          最簡單的方式,你可以說和對方的通話非常愉快:

          Well John, it’s been a pleasure talking to you.

          Hello.You've reached the accounts department.

          When someone is busy:

          I'm afraid she's in a meeting at the moment.

          OK. I'll make sure he gets the message.

          Appointments:

          I'd like to arrange an appointment, please.

          When's convenient for you?

          Would next Friday be OK?

          Sorry I'm busy then. But I could make ... (e.g. Wednesday).

          Shall we say ... (4:00 pm)?

          That sounds good. Thank you.

          OK. See you then.

          Making an enquiry:

          I'd like to enquire about ... (e.g. flights, prices, products, services, etc.)

          Could you tell me about ...?

          I just need to check a couple of things. Can I call you back later to confirm?
