Relax 放松
A relaxed job candidate is a confident job candidate.

Show the interviewer that you're calm, composed and in command during an interview. He's likely to assume that you'll be rock-solid on the job too.
在面試中,向面試官展現你的沉著鎮定,你對事情的控制處理能力。他會認為在工作中你也將穩如磐石。
Use these tips to stay relaxed during an interview:
下面的方法讓你在面試中保持輕松:
* Breathing deeply and slowly (and quietly, of course).
慢慢地做深呼吸(當然是安靜地)。
* Sit up straight and don't cross your legs or arms.
坐直、不要蹺二郎腿或抱臂。
* Speak slowly and pause for breath often.
慢慢地說,時不時讓自己喘口氣。
* Keep your hands and jaw relaxed; no clenching.
放松雙手、下巴;不要緊繃。
* Smile —— it really is contagious!
