【技巧一】文章框架
在聽文章的時候，考生應該慢慢梳理出文章的框架和脈絡，知道內哪里會出現比較重要的內容，而哪里又一般不是很重要。一般筆記左邊為重要內容，右邊則是細節內容，而且越是往右記越是細節，當然相對來說通常也越不是很重要�；窘Y構是：

【技巧二】通過信號詞找到重點句
因為篇章較長，很多考生往往堅持不到聽完就放棄了，所以在訓練時很重要的一個技巧就是培養將文章變短變小的能力。通過確定信號詞我們可以很快確定后面的內容是否重要，是否需要仔細傾聽，是否可以不聽，從而在避免長時間聽力練習的疲勞想象�，F將各種信號詞分類如下：
第一：直接提示觀點、表遞進關系的信號詞

第二：對比轉折型信號詞，提示轉折后面的內容將非常重要

【技巧三】在重點句中抓住關鍵詞
在確定重點句以后，就要盡力記下關鍵詞。經過對大量題目的分析，我們發現名詞在其中占大多數，原因很簡單：如果我們是命題者，為了準備四個選項或者填充題目，往往傾向于將原文的某些內容改寫，名詞由于很難可以被其他單詞替代，所以很難被改寫，可以幫助考生把握最重要的信息，形容詞和動詞則分列二、三位。
重讀、重復、教師花時間較多講解的內容就一定是出題的題眼。
【技巧四】在學術討論中學生提出的觀點，尤其是教師同意的觀點，往往成為考試的重點。
【技巧五】在對話題目中，請盡量標記出是誰提出的了哪一個觀點，例如，可以使用"P"和"S"來標記。
【技巧六】重聽題目因為牽扯到紙面以外的意思，所以建議考生盡量多對這種題目做筆記，甚至于將有疑問的句子都寫下來，給自己更充分的時間思考。
