對(duì)小學(xué)音樂教育現(xiàn)狀的思考

摘 要
自《全日制義務(wù)教育音樂課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》頒布以來(lái)，我國(guó)中小學(xué)音樂的教學(xué)觀念和教學(xué)模式得到了不斷的更新，已經(jīng)取得了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步。但是，我們也可看到中小學(xué)音樂的教學(xué)仍存在較為薄弱的地方，師資隊(duì)伍和教學(xué)條件落后的`現(xiàn)象仍然存在，甚至有1部分教師還步入了教學(xué)的誤區(qū)。在以“學(xué)科為本”的觀念下，現(xiàn)有音樂課本的理論等內(nèi)容過(guò)于專業(yè)化，適合學(xué)生演唱曲目更是太少，使學(xué)生不易接受。如何使我們中小學(xué)音樂教學(xué)更能貼近學(xué)生，以達(dá)到素質(zhì)教育之目的，我們應(yīng)加快課程的改革與創(chuàng)新，提高師資質(zhì)量，加大音樂教育的投入，為現(xiàn)代音樂教育提供有力的保障。惟其如此，我們的音樂教育才能取得真正意義上的成功。

ABSTRACT
Education still for education in weakest link Main existence question music education non- art， individual tendency；Teaching competition empty boasting， heavy result not heavy process；The teachers troop and the teaching strip imitate the place difference to be enormous In order to raise the elementary and middle schools music education level，the adaption reform need to develop，the renewal education idea and the educational model， are esthetic take the music as a core，the rich student emotion experience，stimulates the student to study the music the interest，take the student as the main body，raises students innovation spirit and the creation ability. Proposed several constructs visits sets up the education multi-channelly face all students view indignation，the multi- forms school，enhances the countryside music teachers nature establishment special fund，enlarges to the artistic education investment..
